Geoff Maturen was born in Detroit, Michigan, and grew up in Oak Park, Illinois. He received a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from St. John’s College in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and a PhD in Classical Studies from the University of Michigan. Geoff’s current work explores geometry and color.
